Add Phones, Phone Numbers, Fax & Other Accessories

Phone Options

Each phone operating on an XBLUE Cloud system has an Extension.  An office phone, such as a desk phone or cordless phone, may be assigned to an Extension.  In addition, an Extension may have a Smartphone (cell phone) assigned to it.  The Smartphone requires the XBLUE Geo app, which is available for iPhone & Android Smartphones.  Contact XBLUE Sales for details about adding and assigning addition phones.

Adding Phone Numbers

You can add local and toll free phone numbers to your XBLUE Cloud system.  Phone numbers may be new or you can add phone numbers already associated with your business.  Existing phone number may be ported to XBLUE for free. You get free phone number porting for up to the number of XBLUE VoIP Lines connected to your system.

Toll Free Numbers

Toll Free phone number service provides inbound calling on a national toll-free basis using one of the Toll Free prefixes (800, 844, 855, 866, 877, 888).  XBLUE Toll Free Service includes 500 incoming minutes per month.  Additional minutes may be added in blocks of 500 minutes.  Calls must originate in the United States or Canada.  We will provide the toll free phone number or you may port your existing toll free number for use with this service.  You can have 1 toll free number for every block of 500 toll free minutes.

Fax Options

XBLUE Cloud systems require a Fax Extension in order to receive fax messages.  Faxes may be converted to PDF and routed to an email address or to an analog fax machine.  A Fax Adapter is also required when connecting a fax machine.  Up to 5 pages per fax transmission is is supported.
