XBLUE’s knowledgeable technicians are available to assist with XBLUE system setup, customization and functionality. 

Yes, XBLUE is 100% US owned and operated, offering phone systems and services nation-wide.  Even our product support teams are exclusively located in the United States. 

Cloud Phone Systems route your calls over the Internet instead of using traditional landlines or local phone company telephone lines.  Your calls are converted to VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) packets and securely transmitted over your broadband network or fiber network instead of being transmitted through the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) landlines.

XBLUE offers the options to our customers to purchase and house their own On-Premise system.  The phone system would include the on-premise server and IP phones that are physically located in a customer’s location rather than in the cloud.  A customer would be able to maintain their network configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, etc.  On-premise servers can be programmed with your analog lines, or to cloud lines depending on the need of the business.

Yes, XBLUE phone systems are a form of hybrid PBX.  XBLUE cloud and on-premise systems include PBX functions that are similar to, and exceed that of traditional PBX systems. 

Yes, XBLUE Flexible deployment options, allowing small businesses to choose between a fully hosted cloud solution or an on-premise hardware system.  Both options can be integrated with mobile devices.

Absolutely. XBLUE cloud and on-premise systems all have the capability of working with your cell or smartphone.  You can make and receive business calls from anywhere you have functional cell phone service. Your private phone number stays private, while calls are handled though your business phone system’s phone numbers and lines.

Yes, with the XBLUE Cloud Phone System, you can have phones in multiple locations, even outside the United States, as long as your main location is within the United States. This feature can also be enabled with Advanced Mobility for the QB Series.

Absolutely, with the XBLUE Cloud Phone System, your employee can work from home, or anywhere in the world. This feature is also available with Advanced Mobility for the QB Series.

Both wireless and cordless phones may be used with XBLUE systems.  Our XBLUE phones are fully functional with office WiFi adapters and equipment.  A variety of cordless phones are also supported.

XBLUE Cloud systems have no practical limit.  XBLUE QB on-premise systems can support up to 200 phones.

Yes, if you have a reliable internet connection, XBLUE can install either a Cloud system or an on-premise QB system with VoIP lines.

XBLUE on-premise systems do not require an internet connection when used with traditional local phone company telephone lines. An internet connection enhances the options available with XBLUE on-premise systems. To provide maximum flexibility and functionality.  XBLUE Cloud phone systems do require an internet connection.
