3rd Party SIP Trunk Provisioning

Professional services for provisioning 3rd Party (None-XBLUE) SIP Trunks for use on XBLUE QB and XBLUE Cloud systems.

This Professional Service option is offered in addition to existing technical support.

If a 3rd party SIP trunk can be used with the XBLUE QB or XBLUE Cloud system we will determine the correct settings to make the device operational. However we do not guarantee the functionality of the third-party device.

Professional services for 3rd party SIP trunks are charged on a per location / per trunk basis.
Professional services are provided for 30 days from the date of purchase for each trunk. The XBLUE system must be covered by the 1st year warranty, monthly or annual support plans.

Professional Service Fees are Non-Refundable.
