All XBLUE branded products purchased in the United States come with a full year warranty from the date of purchase.
Product Replacement Service: XBLUE products found to have manufacture defects within the XBLUE warranty period may be approved for advance replaced by an XBLUE support representative. Advance replacement products are shipped ground from XBLUE. The customer may request and pay for expedited shipping if so desired.
Items purchased direct from XBLUE.com may be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase. Original packaging, all system components and accessories must in new condition as shipped.
For products purchased from re-sellers, returns are governed by the re-seller from which the product was purchased.
