Callback Attempts
We will call you back at or as close to the requested date and time as possible. Callback time may be delayed due to the current volume of support activity in progress.
Availability
XBLUE U.S. based support is available Monday through Friday, excluding most major holidays. You can schedule support for a future date.
XBLUE support callbacks are available 8:30 AM through 4:30 PM Central Time. Please enter the requested callback time in U.S. Central time.
If the time requested is outside XBLUE support days and hours we will still attempt to reach you during our hours of operation.
Failed Call Attempts
In the event we atempt to call you and you do not answer we will leave a voice mail message (if possble). If you did not receive a call on the day and time requested please resubmit your request or call us at 866-925-8312.
