Shipping Information

Same day shipping is automatic for most orders. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central time on weekdays, on weekends and major holidays will ship the following business day.

Exceptions include custom configured QB systems, Cloud Burst Systems, special order Items and back orders.

Expedited shipping such as Next Day and 2-Day shipping options for orders placed after 2:00 PM Central time on weekdays, on weekends and major holidays will ship the following business day.

Depending on your order, QB Custom Systems may require up to 2 business days for configuration, provisioning & programming prior to shipping.  

XBLUE Telephone Service is generally activated within 48 hours of receiving your order.  However, critical information about 911 emergency provisioning and telephone number porting are required before you can use the service. 

Watch for critical email messages concerning setup of your new telephone service.  

Every Cloud Burst System is Custom Configured

Please allow 2-3 days for provisioning & programming of the system prior to shipping.

Service is generally activated within 48 hours of receiving your order and your completed 911 critical information form.  This information is required before we can activate your service.

After ordering, you will receive important email messages concerning setup of your new telephone service.

Warranty Infomation

Every New XBLUE System purchased in the United States and Canada come with a full year warranty from the date of purchase. 

Direct Purchase: New XBLUE Phone System Bundles purchased directly from XBLUE.com come with a 2-year warranty & support.  Other XBLUE brand products come with a full year warranty from the date of purchase. Non XBLUE product warranties vary per product.

Product Replacement Service: XBLUE products found to have manufacture defects with in the XBLUE warranty period may be approved for advance replaced by an XBLUE support representative. Advance replacement products are shipped ground from XBLUE. The customer may request and pay for expedited shipping if so desired. 

Product Returns

Items purchased direct from XBLUE.com maybe returned up to 30 days from date of purchase. Original packaging, all system components and accessories must in new condition as shipped.   

  • Call us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Returns will not be accepted without an RA number. 
  • Refunds will not be issued on returns received without an RA number.
  • Headsets are considered wearable items and are not returnable.

For products purchased from re-sellers, returns are governed by the re-seller from which the product was purchased.
