Stay Connected & Engaged when You Are Out of the Office: For mobile users any cell phone can be a fully independent system extension. In addition, the user’s desk phone and cell phone extension can be programmed to be the exact same extension which means incoming calls will ring both phones at the same time. Mobile workers are now just an intercom call away as you actually can call one extension number to reach a mobile user regardless if they are in or out of the office. Mobile users can also make phone calls through the system as if they are in the office.
Multiple Locations – One System: System users can be located at their home offices or at branch offices. Their phones will operate exactly the same as system phones located at the main office. Any employee can easily make a call to a co-worker by pressing the co-worker’s button on their phone or by dialing the extension numbers. Main office and remote employees can answer incoming calls, make outgoing calls and use the system’s features in exactly the same manner.
Automate Incoming Calls: Incoming Call Automation starts with the XBLUE Cloud Automated Attendant / IVR where callers can select from an audio menu or dial an extension number or other system destination. You can fully customize menu choices and announcements for your business, and include a Dial By Name directory to streamline access to individual system users. Even access to Conference Calls is simplified by enabling callers to select Conference Call Rooms.
Enhanced Incoming Call Coverage: Incoming calls may be routed to Ring Groups or Call Queues. Ring Groups simultaneously alert multiple employees of unique types of incoming calls. Call Queues may be setup to automatically place calls “on hold” and play custom announcements to inform callers of their approximate wait time or place in line.
Improve Your Customer Service: Phone call audio and data recording may be captured and saved. Set up audio recording for all calls, or each system user may record calls on a per call basis. Incoming and outgoing call data are captured enabling custom system usage reports to be generated. Details like call date, duration, number called and Caller ID data are all available.
Overall Use of XBLUE Cloud: The system and services are designed for typical person to person business calls. It is not intended for high traffics applications. Contact us for more information about high traffic restrictions.

Two-Year Commitment: XBLUE Cloud Annual Plans with phones that are provide by XBLUE at no charge require a two-year service commitment from date of order. Early termination fees apply.
Included Services: One local phone number for each system user, Caller ID, incoming call Rollover (hunting) and automatic Fail-Safe Forwarding to a phone number you specify in the event of a network, Internet or power failure.
Keep Your Phone Number (Porting): You can add existing or new telephone numbers to your service. Number Porting service is included for up to the quantity of users in your system.
FAX Option: FAX transmission on this service includes fax to email. An optional analog fax machine adapter is available. For high volume fax requirements we suggest use of an electronic fax service or a standard analog telephone line.
Toll Free Service Option: You can add a toll free number to your service. We will provide a new phone number or you can port your existing toll free number to XBLUE Cloud.
