Warranty & Technical Support

Every New XBLUE Phone System, XBLUE Phones and other XBLUE hardware components purchased in the United States and Canada come with a full 1 year warranty and free technical support for 1 year from the date of purchase. Non XBLUE product’s (3rd party brands) such as headsets and cordless phones sold by XBLUE come with a 90 day warranty. These 3rd party brands may include manufacturer warranties that extend beyond 90 days.  For more information about 3rd party product warranties contact us.

Extended Warranty for Cloud & Line Service Accounts:  When you sign up for an XBLUE cloud phone system or telephone line service all products purchased from XBLUE come with a full 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. 

Product Replacement Service:  XBLUE products found to have manufacture defects with in the XBLUE warranty period may be approved for advance replaced by an XBLUE support representative. Advance replacement products are shipped ground from XBLUE. The customer may request and pay for expedited shipping if so desired. 

Product Returns:  Items purchased direct from XBLUE.com may be returned up to 30-days from date of purchase. Original packaging, all system components and accessories must in new condition as received. For products purchased from re-sellers, returns are governed by the re-seller from which the product was purchased. 

Technical Support Eligability

New XBLUE Systems:  Your New XBLUE System’s warranty includes Live U.S. Based Product Support!    Just register your system and request a call back from one of our product support team members. 

For Systems Without an XBLUE Warranty:  If your system is no longer covered by an XBLUE Warranty, we offer Monthly, Per Ticket and Annual Technical Support Plans.

Professional Services:  We offer add-on professional services for assistance with advanced applications like Remote IP Phone Setup, Smartphone Apps, Multiple System Networking and Non-XBLUE Certified VoIP Lines, SIP Trunks, IP Phones, Paging, Loud Bell Adapted & Door Boxes.
